Room was clean an air conditioner was in working. Room size was good, bathroom was clean and toiletries was there. Food quality and service was also poor.

This hotel is pretty far

I booked this hotel online as I had no ideas about the town. The condition of room was OK. But I did not find the good vibes from the staff. There was a visitor 'rat' to my room during night who used to mess left over food. When I complained they changed the room but same things happened in another room as well. This time there were three rats and they had been playing around while I was sleeping and it was scary. Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.
