Review Of Hotel Ashray

We booked the suite room for 4 days, we found only the room size was ok,rest all the things were not up to the mark. Bedding,towel,lounge cleanliness was bad, and the food was also not good, even after certain instructions in the food prep,they provided whatever they had, so not upto expectations.

very poor hospitality Intercom was not provided extra pillow and extra sheet was not provided on first night no water heating machine tmwhen asked then only towels were provided bathroom does not have mug toilataries was absent food service was extremely slow. TV was not working.... most important thing ... it seems they have decided to ignore most of the conplaints from guest who has book from MYT....

I was allotted room other than the one shown while booking . tap not working . not repaired even after complaining .

Excellent facilities and amenities provided at property

it was very good property, there is huge space in parking and entire hotel room sizes perfect, road side facing view makes it perfect it's value of money ,

everything was fine except service, room is pretty good, food is awesome. please work on service little more.

Food is good and location is also good, nearby main road. All the basic amenities are there. Do not go with very high expectation, its an average hotel just for staying and taking rest after you have visited the places.

Unsafe hotel.. Charged for water.. They dont provide water complimentary.. And charged me fir things i havent ordered.. charged me extra.. Damage property.. Waste if money

they changed room. and not gave as per booking. everytime they asked extra money for service. Food was good. Service was worst.

Room and staff are good but no facilities inside room . no dental kit,no shampoo,handwash,comb,soap. room service poor . Hotel charges are equivalent to other good hotel like Sarovar portico. It is advisable to update their hotel

The room is good, location is best but distance from Mahakal Mandir is far about 3.5 km The hotel's in-house restaurant does not have lively hospitality

One of the worst experiences i had recently in ujjain ashray hotel. It is not worth to call it a hotel.

I had a decent experience at hotel ashraya with my family. Rooms are very old and have very basic amenities. Bathrooms are not good windows are broken, tap was leak. Bed sheets was stinking.

Cleanliness issue, food was not good. Washrooms were not clean. Washroom windows were broken. Guess there was no maintenance from long time. This hotel needs proper maintenance.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Even the food was near perfect.
