Madam apko 2 baar nimbu pani pilaya, auto service provide kraya hai, apne 5 hours delay kiya tha checkout toh bhi humne apse extra charge nai lgaya, apko towel, soap sb diya tha room me, 2 baar apne bedsheet b change kraya ek din me wo b humne kiya, 2 baar humne room clean kraya apko, agr itna sb krne k baad b apko hamari service nai pasand aayi to madam apko apne ghar me hi rukna chahiye fir kahin b hotel me stay krne ka right nahi hai apko, smjhe madam ji.. Aap jese log sirf galat rating dene k liye aate h, jahan acchi service milti hai. Or jahan acchi service nai milu hai na waha ap jese log 5 star rating dete hai.

The hotel is about more than 1.3 km from the Mahakaleshwar temple. There is a provision of hot water in bathroom but the bucket and mug were too dirty, the condition of bed sheet was dirty, there were no televisionin the room, also the blanket is not washed after use by the the customer.
