Room was very neat and clean. Room service was also excellent. If you visit satna then you can choose hotel ara, it's better choice for everyone.

Average Stay
The staff are good, but the location and facilities to carry luggage in room, having heavy luggage for this lift not available, regarding cleaning it should achieved more if bedsheet need to take care, also canteen facility is limited.

Good Stay
businessConnectivity is good from railway station & bus stand. Food is quite good like home cooked but needs to work on hygiene of beds & towels.

It was pretty experience to stay this property as i expected & got it same.
The room & washroom is very clean also hotel staff is very supportive to late check in.

Good Stay
Room was very neat and clean. The window was wide. So you can see outside view. Staff behaviour was very geniune. And the dinner i was ordered was very healthy and testy. You can get the experience as a home food.

Good to stay, reasonable price
The rooms were clean, spacious enough, gallery to room was nice, pretty well furnished. The only thing the hotel lacked was lift. Else you get. Everything you are looking for if you don't. Have much tantrums. Staff is very pleasant and helping.
Cctv camera were installed at each passage and there were always 2 staff to watch it and attend you.

Good Stay
Hotel management and staff are very friendly in nature, they are very well behaved persons. Room was very clean and sanitised before our eyes and when demanded. Hotel is in good location and very good to stay

Hotel ws neat and clean
Staff was very cooperative and i was feeling very comfortable with the same. All the safety equipment are there for any uncertain situation

Very pleasant stay
Good thing they checked the temperature, however sanitization of carry bags/traveller was not conducted. Room was clean & tidy, they do come for room cleaning once per day. Overall a very good experience!
