Review Of Hotel Aps Palace

Firstly it's a nonveg restaurant hotel They have to make it clear before accepting booking. Secondly services were very poor Like AC, Geyser they do not bother to check before allocating rooms. Non professional No adequate parking place for vehicles

We planned a family road trip to Kumbh. We had to halt 1 night in Varanasi since the traffic on the way was heavy. APS palace is a decent stay just for a night close to grand trunk road.

Rooms were good. But bad experience on food. We all 4 family members had food poisoning from hotel food. And they are not accepting their mistakes.

It's quite average, the service is average not so good.

The hotel was accessible. However there was issue with geyser and hot water supply. Despite multiple requests the issue was not resolved. Even the hot water thatw as supposed to be provided from other room was not entertained until l 2. 30 hrs resulting in me skipping sightseeing in the morning and morning ganga aarti.

Property is okay. Room was not neat and clean and washroom having water leakage issue. Although i had booked a room for two adults but hotel reception person told me that we can accommodate only one person as because you booked a room for single person, but it was clearly mentioned in my receipt that room is booked for two adults.

Room was small. It will accommodate only 2 people. For windows no grills. Room service was good. Price is high

Its a good property to stay for family also, staff is to good and there services also. Nice room interior ans smooth check-in and check- out.

We have stayed here for 3 days, rooms are good, food is excellent (we have ordered only vegetarian dishes so no idea about non veg.

Had a very good experience during the stay. Welcoming staff, good food, well maintained hygiene standards. They will help you get cab for airport (to and fro). Also, they will be happy to help you to cruise through varanasi by providing proper guidance. I enjoyed my stay here, only one thing i wished differently was, wish the rooms very little bigger.

Property is at good location near to manduadih railway station, easily accessible from cantt station and bus stand. Service of the hotel is quite satisfactory more attention is given on hygiene.
