The room service was not proper and the AC in the room was not working properly. The room phone was also not working.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with my family. The location is very convenient—just a short walk from the Diu Bus Stand and close to several key attractions. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The reception team was quick to respond to our requests, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. The highlight of our stay, however, was the food! The Prawns Fry was absolutely delicious—a must-try for non-veg lovers. The hotel also has a charming garden restaurant, which offers a lovely setting for enjoying dinner and drinks outdoors. Overall, we had a memorable experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Diu.

It seemed okay, neither good nor great. The light went out 2-3 times and I had to call 2-3 times to turn on the AC.

This property suits to Business travel as well, the location seems to be centre of city. Nearby to the hotel u have many options for attractions.

Room was clean, Bed was comfortable but Duvet had few holes in it. Otherwise overall was good. We had good time.

We booked room with breakfast but when we went for breakfast, we were given only 3 options, poha paratha and bread jam. When you charge good amount for room on cp plan you should at least let the guest have options according to the money. We had asked for cleaning of the room but it wasn't done. We asked for toothpaste and they denied for it. They had a balcony but it was locked. No hot water. It came after letting the water run for very long time. Wasting water. For a price of 6400 per night, this was a disaster.

Front road under construction, parking is away from hotel, food average, room service terrible, staff over busy, gives coffee but forget to give cups. Bathroom cleanliness not good and bathroom door not opening properly. Rooms not properly cleaned. Restaurant, overcrowded, good for drinkers and bachelor's, service is late.

I stayed here for two days with family. It's good for city lovers, it's in the heart of diu city close to bus stand. Overall stay is good, however can be better based on other rooms. I got room on the ground floor, and i couldn't open the windows as it was passage there. There are power fluctuations multiple times. The restaurant seems full always, seems to be a lack of family restaurant. Bathroom needed pesticides as a cockroach where roaming at night. The people at the reception are very good and supportive.

Very nice hotel and interior. Location is not good due to construction. Staff is very nice. Over all it’s nice place to stay.

Hotel staff is so kind and helpful. Parking facility also available. Food is good in taste and quality. And cleanness also up to the mark. Overall experience so good. Nice place to stay.

My over all experience was very good. The hotel was beautiful with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
