Great experience overall very good everything soo good and rooms are soo clean

So I booked the room through MakeMyTrip app at very late hour. It was somewhere around 9 PM, but before confirming the booking and making the payment, I called the hotel spoke to the reception and confirmed if they have a decent room available, he said that yes, sir, you can go ahead. We will give you a decent room after booking and making the payment when we reached hotel, It was completely the opposite ; this hotel which charges such a high amount was not up to the expectations and no value for money at all, the bathroom door knob was broken and we have to keep the door unlocked so that we can not get locked inside. The curtains were in pathetic condition as if somebody has spilled some oil on it or maybe dropped food curry on it. the towels which were provided had stains on it. The walls inside the room had stains on. One of the pillows was so old it felt like a decade old and could not even be used. The paint underneath the TV wall was in a weird condition and looked like it has not been repaired or given attention for more than a couple of years, however, the only good thing about the room was the mattress was decent. It was soft and the AC was also nice, so that was a experience which helped us sleep apart from that it was just avoidable.

very well maintained rooms and cleanliness, good service and hospitality. compared to all other hotels Anchorage is one of the best stay I have ever got in Mohali location.

Good hospitality, quick action, and staff are very humble

The room.and bathroom was ok however there was an odd smell in the room and the door was not soundproof so to much noise was coming from corridors

Rooms is very small hygiene problem washroom problem there is no shop for handwashing and bath as well aminities are not good

Room was average as compared to the charges. Service was fine but had to get changed the bedsheet as it had holes in it. Breakfast was average.

The rooms were quite big, neat and clean. The hotel is situated at a very convenient location in Mohali. The breakfast buffet was good

This is one of the best hotels you can get on a budget trip, it gives a vibe of a luxe+ comfy. the rooms are super cleaned and everything is provided to you with 24×7 room service. Very peaceful stay

Overall experience was good comfortable stay, few things were missing like dental kit & water bottle but get that after calling. I didnt tried their food so can't say about that. This was a budget stay. Few things need to improve, door handle of bathroom does not work.
