I was on a two day trip to Nagpur and I stayed here. The staff had a good behaviour overall. Nice cleaning, safety and and had a restaurant at the same place.

Rude behaviour by staff and very very bad room also the bathroom was stinking and floor was all dusty

My stay was marvelous and room service was also good and i would definitely like to visit anand mahal hotel once again

There is no picture of the washroom on the hotel's profile for a single occupancy room, i couldn't figure out if it's indian or western. It turned out to be indian and it wasn't flushed by the last user. The washroom, overall, was not clean.

service was good. the behaviour of staff is nice and the hotel is centrally located and is well connected with other places in the city👍. when can be the discount can be availed and the validity period may be intimated.

I booked double bed room but they provided me single bed room. When I complaint they said cancel booking. in night where I go . if you can't provide room after prepaid booking then refund double amount.

Maintenance was good. A bit of room freshness is lacked. Remaining all is best
