Terrible

The room service was good, but i t does not satisfied from room. The room was small according to room rent and wall putty was damaged in many location and bathroom was also small.

Cleanliness and customer support is worst. requested them for a 1hour extension on check-out but they asked me to vacate the room at 11AM stating we have a different booking.

The lift men switched of the lift and told to climb with stair to senior citizens just after one another customer comes than he switched on the lift for them. After asking him he says I Am following the order.

One can stay in this Hotel service is awesome you can stay, without stress.

Food was nice. Prompt service.
View sucked. Manager on duty at reception asked me to check out at 10 Am when the check out time mentioned in the reservation receipt was 12 Pm. It was later sorted out but not a great experience.

Very comfortable and neat and clean.

Convenient location, just opposite to Railway station easily accessible. Only option if you are at narsinghpur there's no other hotel since it's a small town but still hotel is good. Food quality is good and reasonably priced.
