Hi, This is an acknowledgement of your review shared here. We would like to describe the whole thing in order to avoid any further misunderstandings. Youi didn't submit any Government ID at the time of check in. There was a violation of hotel policy. Still we let you in the room based on a promise that you will submit in sometime. When we asked for the ID again, you got agitated and said the room is not clean and unhygienic and you will not like to stay here. Our staff tried to address your issue and we were ready to provide you with the service needed upfront but you somehow wanted to walk off the property as the main issue was providing us with the Govt. ID proof. You didn't even bother to sign the register while checking out. You directly call MMT to refund the money because of so called lame issues which you figured out within 20 minutes of your stay duration. We would not like to know why you did this exactly however defaming a business like this on an online platform is not taken as a good gesture. For us it has always been our customers whom we prioritize . If this helps, we would like to apologise sincerely for any mistake that might have unintentionally caused from our end

Thank you for your valuable comments. Issue you have faced, should intimate on spot to the Proprietor. But for only one issue you had given 1 star rating it is unexpected. However we will try to resolve the issue in future.

Thank you for your valuable comments. We would like to intimate that there no resturant in our property. But we provide the service by supplying food inside the room from outside resturant as per menu chart. The issue you have faced about cleanliness should intimate at that time. Our concerned staff is always ready to provide the service. However we will try to resolve the issues.

Regarding food we like to inform you that we provide room service by delivering standard quality food from outside resturant within 45 minutes after placing order as per our menu chart given in all rooms. We are providing this facilities from very beginning. However we will try to give our best service in your next visit. Thank you once again to choose us and give us the opportunity to serve you
