location wise it is wonderful but the quality of rooms, cleanliness, food quality and services are far below the desired level. The rooms are neither equipped with intercoms nor calling bells. one has to rely on his vocal volume to ask for even a cup of tea or drinking water. Wifi internet facility was also very disturbing Parking facility is there but quite a bit far from the resort.

on the first day on arrival one security person rudely behaved with my wife and I had to reprimand him. except one person Babu rest all are untrained in hospitality. rooms were not cleaned. wash rooms health faucets were damaged. there was loud DJ songs on occasion of marriage and we had to endure torture till 2400 hrs. we will never consider to book for the property from next time. linens were re used and were never changed.

Dirty rooms and most dirty toilets. smelly blankets, rude manager, charging for toiletries, in the breakfast inclusive booking, they served 4 breads with an omlete, even no tea. worst stay experience ever.

Myself & my hubby, our stay at Aranyak Resort at Bakura was not comfortable as this property doesn't know meaning of deluxe room. No cleaning, no maintenance, & lack of staff. Not recommended to anybody.

Rooms were good. I gone for pre wedding and asked for bonfire. Inspite of rainy season they arranged woods some how and it was done. Thanks for the good help . Food was very tasty and good.

Location of the property is very good but the services are quite unprofessional. There was no reception desk, the registration formality of arriving guest(s) was very casual and almost unwanted, the rooms appeared quite uncomfortable with a wash basin right in the middle of the room, instead of being in the wash room. My room no. 205, was full of dust, with dirty bedsheet & pillow covers, which were de-dusted & changed only on demand, also the toilet tub & overall wash room was not properly clean. There was no intercom connection between room & the kitchen or non existent reception. There exists a very much unappealing restaurant with the services & food quality needing much more improvement. The property's car parking area was also unplanned. However, the lovely plants & the green environment outside the room was quite charming, attractive & refreshing.

The ambience was nice, but there was no arrangement for free filtered water, food variations very limited, services delayed.

Location of the property is exceptional. Food speciality is the major vegitables they used for their own veg. Garden, they provided their own produced fish & fresh milk. Service is very careful.

Very good service staff are good good flooding.

The staff was well- behaved. The food was good, though there was a small problem of bed bugs. We loved the stay as the property was amid-st nature

The place was good, and clean. But the air-tel connection for tv was not recharged. Anyways staff behaviour was very cordial. At the time of checking out they asked for tips, which shows a bit of unprofessionalism. Overall staffs were helpful. Food quality was very good. The place was very well maintained and very beautiful.

The ambience of the resort is very good and the room is very clean. Service is excellent. The owner is very helpful and he provided medical support to me. His behaviour is excellent. All staffs were very supportive.

It's was a excellent experience overall. Rooms were perfect to stay.
