Room Not good. Bathroom good. Overall, it's good everything. Not excellent.

Good location, good ambience of Hotel, very disciplined staff. Overall experience was amazing. Room is good with all basic amenities.

Hotel management Didn’t inform us that hotel is under maintenance, and they don’t have working staff their, room were uncleaned , we asked for refund they denied it.

I had a very comfortable stay. very clean hotel and perfect for business travel. will definitely come back in the future and recommend to others

Good services, good food and good clealiness. However the proprty needs some repairs and modifications, like the door lock was bit tricky and there was no visible ventilation in washroom.

Renovation work was going on. staff was good. breakfast served was good. Issue with electric kettl.

terrible experience due to attitude and behavior of employees/ manager. Non welcoming attitude. Property was under renovation. Very unsafe for female solo travelers. The big windows curtains are not proper and have a gap in between, where staff was peeping inside room from outside, since the room was on ground floor. No internet facility. No hot water facility which was basic requirement in nova month at dehradun. Electric kettle wasn't working. Asked to vacate the room within five minutes despite they agreed for checkout at 12 previous day. It happened because they got some day booking on checkout day and started shouting to vacate room immediately. The staff even switched off the lights and water supply as they were forcing me to leave.

I was shown 2 beds in the pic but the extra bed g8ven was on floor. No one liked that. If i would not have checked in at midnight i would have done complaint that timw only.

It’s an old property. Front desk is hopeless. Intercom not working bathroom amenities bad a person who takes luggage to your room & he helps more then others. Mm t can you pols refund to your prestige customer.

No shampoo, no dental kit, no shaving kit. Nothing is available in above mentioned things. Light beer is also not available, only strong beer is available.
