very poor service and experience not like anything

No jim, no children playing areas which had been mentioned

Cockroches found in rooms & no toiletries was available in two days of stay. Hot water gone before given timing... Not suggested

Service was too poor and very unhygienic. Water supply in bathroom was disrupted. Bed sheet was very dirty. It was the worst stay and bad experience

Hotel didn't allow me to check in yesturday. I didn't stay at hotel. The hotel had denied my booking as they said they have no confirmation from mmt. So i have to stay at another hotel. While booking hotel abhimanyu i have paid rs3300 around. I have got no support from customer care as well.

Hotel service is ok cleaning is not clear wifi is not available here.

Hotel bathroom not properly maintained

Very bad experience with hotel Abhimanyu dirty room bed smell from bedsheet no hot water in the bathroom the high amount for stay three nights and stay in room of RS, morethan the amount per day hotel owner Mr. Kapil is also surprised. I lost my money.

Hotel was clean and nice. Staff was good.

Nice view when it's raining.

Provide extra plug points and towel for the bathroom and also provide some basic bathroom facilities like shower, hand wash etc.

Room and location is good but service is little bit bad and no one is there for taking order .. And phone facility also dead. So I don't like it ..

When we reach no one is presence, booked for three person bad is two, not any facility of third bad, no service, not location, no parking, nothing is good. Not giving subjection to booked this hotel horrible experience.

Location is prime one but room is not hygienic. Staff was good and was supportive when I had health issues ... But the water quality was poor. The rooms have good interiors and rest of the stay was fine ...

It's like a horror movie, we reached little prior to scheduled check-in time (12:00 noon) and manager denied early check-in, even access to one room for refreshment, however he was having room and told us that if we can pay INR 1000 for pre check-in at 10:30am, he can give one room out of 3 rooms we booked. So we went to see around out and came back around 4:00 PM and finally got room, but there's no water in bathroom, so we complaint, however manager said that they provide water only in the morning 7am-10am, so no water for the day you check-in. He was so arrogant, that we were scared of talking to him in front of family members. Even any issue can be handled if service and staff is good, but they were so arrogant, knowing that everything is prepaid, so we can't move out. Now it's hard to believe that makemytrip allows such hotel to get everything pre-paid, who don't care for customer.

I check-in on 12/03/17 with my family First there is no car parking available. You have to depend on local parking space they will charge for it. Second every now and then staff will knock you are door to show other customers you are room before you are check-out. It's very irritating. It's not value for money hotel seems to be substandard. There was no one at reception when we checked out. Totally nightmare for me and my family. There was horrible view from AC deluxe room window. House keeping is not satisfactory. Staff totally pathetic. Only food is USP of this hotel.

Hotel was good. Room service was also satisfactory. Food was delicious. Budget hotel. Rooms are quite small but they are clean and tidy. Location is very good. I ll love to prefer to couples in this hotel.

Relax stay and good location in pachmarhi. The location is very good but hot is not so nice. Food does not have many options and taste and quality is poor. This hotel can be good only for the location.
