Himalayan Mud Resort in Kasol was an incredible stay! Owner Ankit was a warm host, the kitchen staff served delicious, fresh food, and the serene ambiance made it a perfect retreat. Highly recommended!

Himalayan mud house. A silent place in jar i slightly away from the hustle bustle crowded commercialized kasol. Takes you back to roots with earthen feel. Tiny rooms made with mud. Walls & flooring with spacious attic & amazing sitout overseeing snow clad mountains. Beautiful veranda h & courtyard with rustic charm are really nice for cozy holidays. Courteous staff made our new year celebration with bonfire, sumptuous barbeque & fireworks memorable. Food is homely. Nearby mateura village with gr-eek similarities is worth a walk around. Snow-capped tosh, gr-eek descedents of malana, israeli roots of kasol, hot springs of divine manikaran & sleeping village of jar i. A root less travel-led with free flowing parbati river is worth visiting with a stay at himalayan mud house. Few things need to improve approach road to the resort is muddy & steep accent for big vehicles heaters in the room as temperatures were -4. Hot water kettle to be provided. & food options are limited. Overall it was a great experience to stay at mud house

We had an amazing time in this mud house. Peacefulness wth beautiful garden. Staff is also very helpful. We will definitely visit it again

Service was very good and the staff were hospitable. Rooms had a unique concept and maintained neatly. Hygienic and yummy food.

It was a pleasant and typically traditional stay at Mud Nest. It is located less than 500 meters from the Jari main road and is easily accessible by vehicle. Situated midway up the mountain, it offers views of Malana mountain and other peaks. The food is hygienic, tasty, and freshly prepared. The staff are humble, polite, and supportive.

Property is good but management is very bad. Owner is not at location and guy who is at location is not courteous. To roach location is a task. 400 m is uphill with single, narrow and patchy road from main road. We were driving xuv700 and it seems like a big task to reach location at first. Helper there was not agreeing to come down and help us driving the car uphill. We stayed there for 2 days. Not once helper asked, if he can clean our room. We forgot our orthopedic pillow at location and he didn't have courtesy to call us. While checking out, he didn't come to help us for luggage. I would give 2 star only for new constructed property. Food is good. Walls of room are paper thin. U can hear everything happening outside and inside. In washroom, shower was not working properly.
