Amazing location and services provided by the staff. The staff was friendly and the dorms and the food were good. The common room was a good late night spot.

Property location is good if you have personal vehicle as it is far from Kasol Market but away from chaos and traffic.. The only bad thing is there is no light bulb in the rooms.. you can't even see yourself in mirror after evening.. forget reading a book.. We had to use the washroom lights as the only source of light in the room.. That's why I will never book Whoopers Kaosl

Sitting area is soo dirty and room also, food is really bad. Hotel bed and pillows so dirty.

My experience was extremely unpleasant due to several issues at the property. There were constant power cuts which made the stay highly uncomfortable. The room was dirty upon arrival, and the blanket provided was also unhygienic. Despite being listed as an amenity, the Wi-Fi was either not functioning or extremely poor. Additionally, no dental kit was provided, and the overall service was consistently delayed and unresponsive. I had expected a much better standard considering I trusted MakeMyTrip’s platform for this booking. I request that you look into this matter seriously and offer appropriate compensation or redressal for the inconvenience caused. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

Excellent facility with an affordable price. It is situated beside the Parvati River and has snow mountain views as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only small issue is that it is a little far from the Kasol market (~4 km). So you need to hire a cab to reach there (if you don't have your car / rented bike), on road buses are also available. Overall a great stay.

Told me to have meals in smoky common area... and refused to provide meals inside my room... if there is a rule not to provide meals inside room.. I too have a rule not to have my meals inside a smoked common area... as m non smoker and non drinker... also the hostel is abandoned...

I had a great stay at Whoopers Hostel! The service was excellent, and the staff was decent and helpful. The location is super convenient—right on the road, making it very easy to find with great connectivity. The host was awesome, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience.
