Property location was good but the check in process was terrible. We reached around 11pm and no one was reachable. No detailed instructions were provided resulting in delayed check in and were left stranded for over 30 mins in cold after a long journey. Additionally all 3 bathrooms had issues with hot water, it turned to cold water after 15 seconds. The whole family decided to not shower the next day due to cold weather. Apartment was pretty good but had few issues such as broken door, bathroom tiles broken, floor tiles were broken in couple places, etc.
