Review Of Hotel Ratnawali

The sheets are dirty, we had to put one on. No wifi. No coffee. No restaurant. The worst is the noise... I don't recommend it.

Bathroom curtain wad very dirty. Pillow wax not clean. Roof top restaurant was not working. Staff behaviour was not so good.

Room is not properly cleaned. Ac is in very bad condition. Blanket is smelling bad and very dirty. Overall not a good property to stay with family. No. Nothing else

Bad service and bad room location was good

My stay with family at Hotel Ratnawali was a pleasant one. The Hotel staff are well-behaved. It is located at good place near railway station in the market.

Service is superb and satisfactory.

Hotel people has already given the booked family room to another people and we were offered another smaller rooms. We even called up for our arrival in advance.

Room size is not as per the size given by MMT on their site. No amenities given as per the MMT site description very old towels, old blankets.

Initially allocated room had cockroaches in the bathroom. Your team got us shifted into a higher category room which was cleaner. We learnt from the hotel that we got the room at an expensive rate

Hotel located in heart if city near to sardar market and ghanta ghar but room not of deluxe standard. The room is very congested. Bad ventilation. Room cupboard is filled with old electronic accessories... Bathroom tap was leaking... Also bathroom need to be clean better...

Room is good. Hotel is in main city & near railway station. Staff are very rough. Response are very poor after your requirement. After booking by mat, when I reached the hotel. Hotel staff are not agreed on my booking. When I talked by pressure, then they agreed. Poor service.
