worst service, clothes are not clean , reception not pickup calls , breakfast breads are expired.

The overall environment of the resort is very good. Behavior of the staffs are very well however, our tv was not working. No one organised one. No one was there at the reception to receive any comments

I did not give the same room as I booked from the room, the location of the room was not right. very bad experience

Worst service, worst hygiene, worst management. Ac not working, tv not working, dirty water, ceiling fan missing etc

Cool place, room given to me is average and over priced as per facilities provided, no lift facilities. Service people were good, food quality were average, expectations as resort not served.

Very poor management. Nothing is on time. Manager is too rude in his behaviour. Location is room. No maintenance in the property

This place is extremely beautiful. Nature all around us! surrounded with trees! extremely aesthetic

Poor service, wardrobe and bedside table broken, bathroom lock was not working.

The stay was good. Food was good options were less. Nature feeling.

Good place, very polite staff, nice rooms, ok food but few of the amenities mentioned are not available such as swimming pool not yet constructed wifi signal didnt reach the rooms.
