Stay with a strategic location for sightseeing
The stay was decent with all the required basic amenities. Rooms were quite big and well insulated for winters. It had a good ac, geyser, tv. The food there is actually good including the complimentary breakfast and a brilliant black ginger tea. Though the location is near the station and market but you will need to call a toto as it's a little far from the main road. And an actual water filter is required, i hope they'll provide it soon. The staff and owners are very helpful.

Disappointing servic
familyHotel owner was very rude. Was not co-operative at all. Did not call for breakfast. Charged extra 500- for 1 hour. Food and room was up to the mark for this price point

Hello sirFirst of all, we charged 500 for your extra 3 hours stay.You didn’t stay one hour, you stayed for 3 hours.Secondly no hotel call their guest for breakfast.It’s a routine time.From morning 8am-10am.You will come at 12 o’clock and ask for breakfast, how can we give you that.Still we provided you breakfast.Please give feedback in detail Mr Navonil.You didn’t mention about your offline booking where you told us to book one extra room and at the end of the day you said it not required.We didn’t tell you anything for this though we lost room booking for that room too.Please do not show one side picture or version of the story.RegardsRajat Somani

Excellent value for money hotel in jhargram
familyAn excellent value for money hotel situated in the outskirts of jhargram town. We stayed there for two days, it was excellent especially the food. Staff and management is well mannered and amiable. Overall the experience is very nice.

Good food and great staff
groupFor the money we paid the rooms were spacious. The staff was very good and extremely caring. They always had a smile. The food quality is very good. The location is quite central to the city. Some points that needs to be taken care is that there should be 2 towels that needs to be provided in the rrom as a bare minimum. Care also needs to be taken on a bit more on cleanliness also.

Terrible Stay
My train got cancelled. Roadways got blocked the day before check in. I was unable to reach jhargram by any means. It was everywhere in the news also. The kurmi protest at west bengal. I tried to cancel this booking under emergency reason. But hotel gave me back no money. I was charged full amount despite my fault. I feel helpless. Needed money. But this hotel was pathetic. Manager behaviour was also bad over phone.

Hello sir, with due respect, we offered you an extension of 3 month for the booking. But you denied it. We even communicated this mmt, that as per our hotel policy we can give an extension, so that guest can come and stay. But you still denied it. All the other guest appreciated this gesture and accepted it nicely. So, we are not sorry for that. Regards rajat somani

Somani inn jhargram
This property is located near jhargram station. Rooms are clean. I am not sure if rooms and blankets are sanitized or not. So will not comment. Food is ok. And service is very prompt.

Worst ever !
groupNo view available, worst stay and very rude and ugly behavior of manager sons. Don't waste money by staying there. They smartly said as i booked via mm t hence i will not get 2nd floor /3rd floor rooms. Though i have booked deluxe room, still i have to stay in ground floor, very small room no balcony no view. While booking through mm t it was balcony view for deluxe room. They cost huge in foods too, probably because of booking through mm t. They treat customers like hell, simple lunch /dinner will be almost 350/450 per person, food is not so good still they cost huge. They are nothing but harassing customers specially who are booking via mmt.

Hello i am sorry for your bad experience. I came to know about it on the next day. Few things to say- firstly: rooms are not allotted according to the medium of booking. They are allotted according to the preferences and time of booking. There was no special mention of balcony and others at the booking voucher. Secondly: we respect each and every guest of ours to the fullest. You should learn to speak. Shouting, screaming, putting fingers at face won't help you in any manner and this shows who you are and your character. Try to have manners in life and behave like humans. Thank you
