Good location, pathetic bathroom

Property location and the common area is amazing. Rooms are small and are have temporary roofs with huge gaps. No running hot water. Worst part was the unhygienic bathroom, it was in terrible condition. Very dim lights everywhere which makes the place feel dingy.
