Pro : Location is near to Rasulpur railway station, within 1km and walkable distance. Property is well maintained, rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is clean enough. Staffs are well behaved. Cons : Food is not upto the mark. Park staff charges entry fee though having hotel booking.

Beautiful environment makes one totally immersed in mother Nature. Plenty of activities available like fishing, sailing, spa etc. Food though is average. Staff is courteous and helpful. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. 1) We were 3 family members 2 male and 1 female & go trips like every time from home directly . The behaviour of the manager was most 3rd class and cheap mentality. Humiliate us by saying that 3 persons can’t stay in a room. We have to take 1 extra room & pay. 2) Due to a small stain of rice at a corner of the towel they charged. The stain can be easily removable by washing. 3) Our train was late by 15 minutes. That’s why we requested them to allow to sit in one room. Another room was already left by us in proper time. But they behaved very bad & told us no way we have to left instantly. No sitting is allowed after check out. 4) No complementary travel from hotel to railway station was provided. The manager told that the rules & clause by make my trips are totally wrong. Where as we observed that the hotel management allowed unmarried couples without any problem that was not as per the policy of Make my trips. They informed make my trips to change the policies. The overall experience is horrible & terrific as a family members trips. Take immediate actions & do the needful.

All the things that are promised is not given. They don’t have a mini bar. Nor a working intercom. They do not provide toiletries nor they can serve decent food. More over the swimming pool isn’t accessible anytime, as it’s always dirty.

Food quality is good. Location of resort is excellent. Facility is good.
