Review Of Great Hornbill (Premium Room)

Rooms were average... not very well maintained... food can be made better... especially breakfast... overpriced... location is beautiful and nearby stream and swimming there was a wonderful experience

We were a group of four adults and three children who thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Great Hornbill Resort in Nilambur. The cost of the stay was completely justified by the wonderful experience we had there. The staff were very polite, welcoming, and attentive, even asking for feedback during our visit. The resort's structures are impressive, but what truly stands out is the excellent maintenance, which enhances the overall beauty of the place. There are plenty of activities to keep both kids and adults entertained. Lastly, the food served was of good quality, homely, and delicious.

Worst ever nightmare is staying in this hotel, worst uncleaned rooms, poor maintenance, no bucket or bathroom accessories, poor water supply. no response in dining area. no room service. tricking the people in the name of radisson group, receptionist gives poor response. when we said we will post in review and complaint, her response is "alright sir". paid for breakfast and we had to eat out now. This is not the standard of Radisson I have know it's worse than a local lodge.

This is my second stay at great horn-bill and both the times it was really wonderful and satisfying. Arjun and his team never fails to make their guests the happiest. Especially the trekking was a great experience for all of us (second time for me. Thank you sumesh for a great feast which is always delicious. See you soon next time! thanks again.

This is an ideal place for nature lovers. This is not just a beautiful and serene place, but the host - arjun is so warm and knowledgeable on all around his property. The treks, the stream, the fruits, veggies, the flora and fauna. The list goes on - are just amazing. Service is great, food is authentic kerala cuisine and mostly grown in the property. Delicious and healthy, meal after meal. Kudos to the ever smiling team that arjun leads. The stream within the property deserves super special mention and the time and interest that arjun takes to guide the guests there and explain is simply awesome. We are going to be regulars at this place for sure and highly recommend to visit this place with family and friends.

Friendly staff. Superb stream. Splendid food superb location. Unbelievable stream to bath. Nice forest. Simple trekking could be done.

Room was not given to us, resort called and told that no rooms available. We had to book another resort. Pols refund my money

Excellent howpitality, awesome place to stay

Amazing hospitality with a centrally located property and amazing view. Their hospitality was very nice but the food taste and the quantity need to be improved. Staffs were friendly and the host was welcoming. Clean and spacious Room they've provided. Definitely recommendable.

I got good experience from Great Horn bill Resort, which is located in Kerala. The places are looking very beautiful, the staff is very kind to serve and the services are good Variety of food is available and it is of great taste. We cannot reach very easily to this resort it is on hills They offer very good service from resort and the location is very beautiful.
