Review Of Grand Stay

Before arriving, i had booked a standard double, non-ac room. However, on arrival, i was told that this room was no longer available and that i had to pay extra to upgrade. As i had traveled a long way, i was tired and accepted. When i got to the room, there was no ac, the tv didn't work, and there was no wifi. How was this an upgrade? after complaining to the manager he told me that my 'upgrade' didn't include ac, which made me very angry because i had essentially been upgraded to the exact same room for more money. If this wasn't enough, the bed sheets were extremely filthy, and the shower was cold. Avoid this place.

I booked non ac room when i went hotel then receptionist forced me that you have to upgrade ur non ac room in ac room other thing is that there is no arrangement of cooler in huge summer

There was no safety, no privacy, many cockroaches are inside the room and bathroom. Receptionist is no cooperative. There was nobody hearing thats problem. We had pay 1800 rupees for non ac room

Not transparent in billing. Need to ask several times for ammunities

Mr. & mrs. Gupta, the hosts were weary welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Location is easy to trace.

Located near railway station in heart of city worth for your money except generators no generators here during power cut times u have to face consequences all okay
