Resort in photos and in reality is much different. Poor quality bedsheet and pilow cover

Property are good food are good but sometime spicy are very high and food order are chnge service are slow and no milk powder coffee sugar etc in room

Beautiful stay at a nominal price .. A reccomonded resort to chill & up . The food is little bit costly but good in taste . Room service is not that good during my visit but the service provided in garden during dinner is faster . overall a great place to spend time with family , friends or couple .

hotel is not upto date... room was not cleaned properly there are insects in room no hot water in room smelling bath towel breakfast was poor quality only partha and poha we ask for tea in morning 8 am which we received at 10 am ?? no one is responsible late night party going on till 1 pm which lead so much noise

tuff to found the location , room not ready while check in , very slow services , rate too high for everything , not found sukun there .

Food was very good. Rooms very not clean. Staff were very helpful. Pool was not clean. Price is a bit high for the kind of rooms offered.

There is no privacy in resort. Party arranged in front of cottage. In rules and regulation alcohol consumption is not allowed, but people consuming alcohol openly in resort near cottage. No privacy.

Pathetic service, so much mosquito in the room, could not sleep well. Music was playing very late

I haven’t stayed there, it was a lot terrible dirty place full of frog, cockroaches and dirt with bad smell, i booked another hotel

It was overall a very good experience, but at night there were screaming outside the rooms so it was a little disturbing, otherwise everything was fine and good

The ambiance was great, staff was cooperative and served very well. Food is excellent. But i didn't got the executive room as per my original booking. And wifi was buffering all the time.

It's was horrible

Hotel was nice however the rates of even packaged food were too high. We got a bottle of coke which has the mrp of 40 for legit 85 rupees. We ordered a bottle of water, an x the water didnt taste good. It tasted like it was contaminated. It was under the label of the whispering palms. Cottage was amazing. Lighting location everything was great. Ok ok value for money

Not at all satisfactory. Room were open okay not very good as per price. Outsiders were allowed to do party in resort and they were partying till 4:00 am with loud speakers. After complaining several times issue was not resolved. Very high price of food as per quality. To change the bedsheet also we have to ask them several times. The pool water was stinky and very bad water. Overall it wasn’t that good.

The stay with the hotel was good. The rooms were clean and good construction. Only the part is nit parties dur yo which couldn't access the pool.

No roofs, but pvc sheet, no toiletries or towels. The service guy arrived with dirty shoes and soiled the floor. Checked out at 6. 00 am with no one at reception or at main gate
