Wonderful Experience at Gourissa

Overall experience is good , staff is very much supporting.Hygiene is good and property is very well managed.. Only Suggestion from my side to Kitchen team to add more items in non veg category and overall review food package which is provided to customers.. I think there is scope to add more items which is an addition to overall experience

We had an amazing experience with this Resort. We were really worried for our 9 months baby but resort's staff and food arranged by them was amazing and also safari arranged by them with proper travel itinerary was great. We highly recommend this property. A must visit once.

Resort is good. Ambience is nice. Beautiful location for the resort. I think rooms needed to be more neat and clean. Mattress was dusty and i have allergy to dust. Otherwise i loved the hospitality and especially the welcome part )

From welcoming and cheerful staffs to the location of the resort, from the amenities available to arrangements made, everything was up to the mark. familyIt's a great place to staycation near bhopal. Rooms are well furnished, clean and maintained. Pool experience could be better as compared to last time we visited. The area for kids to run around and enjoy is quite good. Food is also good and at reasonable price.

The impeccable service and hospitality of hotel staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of hotel staff from the planning stage till the end of our retreat. Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. Food was very delicious and tasty. Breakfast, lunch, dinner all were delicious and the kids and we all loved it. Thanks for a wonderful stay gourissa resort team.
