Good food, Good location, Good hospitality

The property is located in prime area, with all amenities, kids play area, spa, and plenty of food options, excellent hospitality

Everything was very good ,room service ,staffs,rooms, food ,everything..,, i can say best in berhampore ..

Excellent stay, courteous and professional team , nice room, nice toilet and toilet accessories. one suggestion plz provide a pair of sleeper.

food and stay is good. but still charging 18% gst for Resturant food and water even though the room rent as per MMT is less than Rs 7500. when asked vague resons were given

Hotel was pretty good. The room was exactly how it looked in photos, and the staff were extremely courteous. Complimentary breakfast was pretty much the same for the entire stay and needs to be changed more frequently, especially for major occasions and festivals. But overall experience was top-notch and would choose to stay here again in future.

Booked this hotel in an emergency and had a very poor experience. Check-in was delayed by over 30 minutes, and every time we entered, staff stopped us asking if we had a room — which was embarrassing and unprofessional. When I raised the issue, the management refused to even apologize. For a hotel claiming 4-star service, this was completely unacceptable and disrespectful.

we have stayed with family in 3rd floor, but in 4th floor there was other guest who are playing music loudly and beats the table very noisly upto night 3.30am. we are unable to sleep as the table beaten very very loudly. we had called reception several times but they just telling we asked them to stop ...nothing else. No discipline followed by the hotel staffs...ver bad experience

Overall it was a good stay, but the dinner I ordered was found not fresh. Breakfast was also good & staffs are polite/helpful.

The hotel is plush with great interiors and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately it's located next to a hospital and I could not open the windows open for an moment. The standard rooms faces a nice water body by the premium rooms face the hospital - strange ! I tried bengali food, but it was very bad. loved the bed and the comfort of the room. They provide only 500ml of water per day per person - strange again. Overall a decent stay.

Good and clean services , location wise well connected with the highway and near the railway station .

very inflexible key was poor quality and kept in pocket and it got twisted . they charged 400 for same . very rigid in approach
