The Hotel Rooms are neat and clean. But that is the only positive. Food is over priced and there no choices apart from basic Chicken Curry. At best, the interior decoration theme is palace like. The service is not like that of a palace Hotel. For similar prices the services should have been much better. This is not value for money. At this price point even breakfast options ought to be better. Visitors should stay away from this hotel

It's a great experience.location is very good . food was good all over experience was awsom.The property owner was very nice and humble. He personally took care of his guests. He told us about the history of the palace and personally showed us around the entire palace. All the staff were very caring. The food was also good. property,food , amenities, service, location all good 👍

Stayed for 1 night with school friends. Place was beautiful. Wish we could have spent one more day. Prosenjit Babu was especially helpful and courteous. Food was good but could have been better!

Poor Locality , difficult to drive n reach property with big SUV. Picture and Real Property was quite different, Even location shared and Property was not matching. Bathrooms are poorly equipped and dirty. Good Food, lack of parking space.

The property is good but needs better management. Same staff is handling room service, reception, kitchen and dinning. So service is very poor with minimum hospitability. Food is very average. All in all needs substantial improvement of food and service

A very good experience. Ambience is awesome. Staff behaviour very good. Only negative side is quality of food - can be rated as 3. 5 if one wants to visit murshidabad, stay here & embrace it's heritage & explore other historical sites visit as a traveler not as a tourist.

The staff had attitude problems, they expressed great dissatisfaction in having to cater to guest requirements, especially mr. Arup biswas at the reception. The place is running on some acquired name. The service, staff all are below average. The hotel being an erstwhile zamindar house, in today's time it seems the staff have become zamindars themselves.

We expected more hospitality from their end. Their must be some provision to explore the history of the palace like some kind of guided tour around the palace. Overall quality of the food was excellent.

Stay was great! location is good. Room was good and spacious. Food taste was great, however restaurant manager manas is a bit grumpy, he needs to smile more and be friendly. Other stuffs was very polite and helpfull, special mention sunny, prosenjit. Thanks all the stuff for a great stay. Looking forward to visit during durga puja someday.

I would rate my stay at the property at a very high level. It is a heritage property with superb service. Food too was delicious. I would highly recommend this to travelers

I had visited the property with my wife and elderly parents. I was worried whether my parents would be able to walk around and reach the rooms safely. I was however pleasantly surprised at such a warm reception and cordial behavior of the staff. They made every arrangement possible to ensure that my parents did not face any inconvenience. The property itself is very well maintained. The rooms remind you of bengal' s ancient heritage. The food was excellent - as good as home cooked. The property is surrounded by a plush garden and a pond. The cute little ducks at the premises enhance the beauty.
