Room’s ceiling was broken, room and washroom was having bed smell. There was no towels, soap and other things in the room. There was no water coming in the washroom. Even the jet spray was broken. Last but not the least wifi was also not working. Very unhygienic and dirty building.

Bathrooms where not neat and clean.

The villa was good. The swimming pool and campfire was the main attraction.

We haven't stay at goledn moon. Owner didn't allow us to check in, since they already block the room for other guest. But make my trip allow us to block resort

Great ambiance, food place for couples, family, group. It was really a great experience.

Room service is excellent especially Mr. Rajesh done a good job. Room was neat and clean.

Hotel manager Rajesh has given his extended service. Apart from him everything is just ok

Our stay at Golden Moon was quiet and peaceful. As reviews mention, the caretaker of the place is indeed very helpful and nice. The hotel is situated far in an isolated region and might not be convenient for people without a car/bike of there own. It's a small place with a indoor pool. The place doesn't have too many amenities

We traveled as a group of friends to Golden Moon, Yercaud. I say it on behalf of everyone in our gang when I say that the stay was awesome, very pleasant. The staffs are very friendly. A special mention for Rajesh. He is very friendly and helpful. You ask him anything, even if its not available in the villa, he will make sure you get it. The breakfast that they provided was simple home food but very yummy. That you at Golden Moon for a great hospitality.

The caretakers were really helpful, especially Rajesh. Good food. But very limited amenities and no WiFi. The map location shared by MMT is wrong.

We visited Golden Moon during October. In MMT they said that the hotel is about 2 km to the city center but in actuality it is about 4 km. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the roads to access the hotel is very poor. There is no cellular connectivity in the area. No parking facilities and very poor safety. Our car got damaged as we parked the car outside the hotel. Poor service and very bad food. No hot water. Plug sockets are not working.

Hotel manager Rajesh was very kind and supportive. Disadvantages: (1) Food was not cooked in the hotel for both days. Only breakfast was cooked which was tasteless, Dry dosa and stone idlis and sambar with no aroma and no taste. We asked them to cook only rice and rasam for second night dinner, but the cook refused to prepare. The next morning as we had to vacate early we said breakfast to be ready by 7 am or at least by 7:30 am, but we were given breakfast at 8:15 am and the same dry dosa fully burnt and carbonized in the Centre. (2) No watching TV also, they deny to recharge Hindi channels or Kannada channels and we were forced to watch Tamil channels which is an unknown language to us. (3) The swimming pool was filled with dirty water, not in a condition to use. (4) Need to park vehicles outside the hotel in the streets.

Ambience is great. Hotel food perfect. On top, Mr. Rajesh supported us the best possible way. Top class service. Safe for the couple.

Overall it was a wonderful stay, place is too peaceful and in night awesome weather.

Good hotel to enjoy and location especially swimming pool is very nice

The manager was so nice and calm. He helped us a lot. The food was good. The room and swimming pool is good. Best place to stay and enjoy. Safe and secure
