Everything was clean and hygienic.And very friendly and helpful staff..excellent services.

the behaviour of the staff was good but the room smelled of rat and cockroach infestation

Location good , Hot water was not available in room

Location was good. We got an early check-in thanks to the courteous manager. however facility lacks basic amenities, no hand wash or shampoo, no immediate power supply - had to wait for an hour for power backup and power interruption was frequent. We could not leverage breakfast facility as our travel itinerary was early.

No intercom work... breakfast average. no exaust fan work.. no cleaning another day.. Service is poor

Room is good. Ac and fan is working but not up to mark. They provide us first floor room for that we have to go from bar area. Room and bathroom are neat and clean. Breakfast comes from another restaurant of their. So you have to choose one night before for that. And limited option for breakfast.

My stay at Gem Continental was value for money.

Everything including service was very nice except for the North Indian breakfast server in the morning. Staff is very cooperative.

Breakfast was good. Close to airport but rooms are bit small and all rooms are in basement and had foul smell as well.

Totally recommended to stay in Port Blair. Nice cozy rooms. Hot water. Just great place
