I had a very bad and disappointing experience. In which Initially they asked me to cancel the booking and when i refused to cancel they alloted me a different room which I didn’t book and they charged me extra 1k for giving me the room which I booked . It was very disappointing about the services and doesn’t even follow their rules and policy and can’t make the stay of their guest in appropriate manner

My stay at Ganga Fuji homes and hostel was pretty awesome. It's walking distance away from Kashi Vishwanath Mandir and Dasashwamedh ghat. Also, the food around the property was so good. Whenever I'm visiting Banaras next time, I'm sure where to stay. 10/10 would recommend

very old type building structure with minor changes used as hotel, Indian style toilets are alloted unsuitable for senior citizens, we got 2 rooms. one is english type other is with indian both are for away from rooms, size of both rooms are appr. 8ft×8ft in non standard size. No chair, no almirah,Bathing is possible only by sitting on english seat on ग्राउंड floor but not possible on 1st floor, with indian type, also no stool for bathing was available in both toilets, very small almirahs very old without any rake, where no bag can be placed inside. In hotel entrance it is written as restorant but no food is available there, very difficult to reach there through very narrow streets in which no E रिक्शा, no ऑटो can move being also very heavy rush. They took for two दायस्फोर two rooms, but even no towels were provided in bathrooms. as this hotel does not fulfill the minimum essential amenities to general tourists, as they came to know it after reaching in the hotel itself. it is very much difficult to reach the hotel with luggage from Mandolia chowk 2.0 km by foot, as no E रिक्शा,ऑटो taxi are allowed there.,

Staying was average to good , staff was good , I was expecting a better interiors as mentioned in the pics but could not find as such

Location was okay, but staff was not cooperative, ac was not working and I complained several times to the manager but he kept on insisting to take private room to which I rejected and finally had to sleep in non ac room.

It is very difficult to locate property due to the small gullies and due to kumbh Mela crowd. Also sign boards are a bit less. Washrooms for people staying in dormitory should've been better. Dormitory was good enough. I saw that seperte rooms were cleanly mintained.

Near to kashi vishwanath temple, annapurna temple and kosi vishalakshi temple. Also near to varahi mata temple. Go for attached bathroom room. Need gps to reach location by walk only from nandi pillar junction road.

Need to improve the hospitality. Near to mandir where line in gully for darshan make it more inconvenient. rooms are conjusted and not suitable for older and patients if you get room in top. stairs is very small.

The hotel situated in 2nd gali of Kashi Biswanath Temple. So you have inn or out for any reason in this hotel either before 9:00 AM or after 3:00 PM. Otherwise you are not able to do that because of rush which I had face to inn for 1 hour and get frustrated. Also there is no facility of getting food including tea also. You need to go outside restaurant for that. The hotel is four stored building and there is no lift facility and the stairs are very narrow which is too difficult for elderly people even young people also which have face. So basically you have to book that hotel at your own risk.

Cleanliness is rest room is not maintained properly.
