Restaurant was non functional, the property is currently completely dug out and therefore the place is not safe for guests to move around. The hotel management used to undertake lift repair and cleaning time during business hours, making it difficult for guests to use the same.

Terrible stay.. deluxe Rooms are very small..Prices are very high.. no parking available

The hotel is located at the heart of the city, so location is the only plus point, however room size is very small and bathroom is so small that you can't bath especially ladies who take bath by sitting, no corner table was there beside the bed so it becomes very difficult to reach to yours things, charging adapter not available, no cuboid, no rugs at bathroom

through MakeMyTrip , and hotel deva is good as well as nice supportive staff , nice location , I want stay again

its not a room to stay for 3 people, they have charged around 9 K, since its Kumbh so rates are soaring high but the appearance, service is not upto the mark

We haven't stayed at this location. Hotel threw out luggages from the hotel including the senior citizens as well .The hotel staff is pathetic. MakeMyTrip also didn't help. Neither MakeMyTrip nor Hotel is refunding the amount. Both hotel and mmt are cheaters. They show different images in websites as compared to actual property room images.

Property's location was perfect. It was on a walking distance from 'kaashi vishwanath mandir' and 'dashashwamedh ghat. The food was average and the service was good. Staff was helpful.

Rooms not as per views shown app no space for an extra bed very noisy place & average hotel ambience not worth the price

Super deluxe room of 100 sqft including a mini washroom. Adjustable for a night or 2. Restaurant food is not good at the charged price.

The property is located at a prime location. The staff are very hospitable and friendly. Overall, a satisfying experience.

We have booked this hotel for three night four days ac three bed room. We have paid 16088. Rooms bathroom were not cleaned during our stay. No bed sheets were changed. We have asked for tea sachets and it was delivered after three hours.

I stayed for a single day with my parents. Room 201 was average but room 202 was stinking like you are living next to public toilet. After complaining and hotel staff a room freshener but nothing changed much. The location is near by ghat and shri kashi vishwanath temple. But the era has changed now and we deserve more in 2500+ charge for single room.

Dev inn located at godowlia c hawk and very near to kashi biswanath temple and daswadhamed ghat. Rooms are clean and very good.

Cleaning is very poor. Room rent very high. Service bad. Location very buzy area and taxi not go there. Only battery rickshaw and cycles available.

We had been in room 306 on 29th, 30th and 31st march 2024. As there was no room service i went for tea outside at 6am on 31st march. On returning there was no light and i hit on the glass door and it got broke. It was only a large window panel with a thin glass. I got my fingers injured badly. As i am coming from a non hindi state, i required some help from somebody, but neither the reception staff nor room service staff did not help me, they were only demanding the damages and i had to pay rs. 5000. For that. This hotel have the oldest lift in the world, with a manually operated door and the lift used to get stuck now and then. If a person uses this lift not having a mobile set he might have to remain in the lift for hours. Out side the hotel, the road is very noisy for the whole 24 hours. It is very difficult to sleep. I think there is no car parking also. Ac has some noise. Some white light blinking on the back of bed every few seconds, disturbing at night.

The property location is good as far as my pleasure of happiness is concerned. Food overall was good but still faced issues due to festival.

A fine experience, situated in the main market, near to temple, hardly walk of 5-7 minutes. But service is slow, and need to assure whether toiletries are available in toilets or not.

The location is 10/10. The cleanliness could have been better. The staff is very helpful though. Vishwanath temple and dashashwamedh ghat is only a 10mn walk.

The property did not give me the the delux room i booked through yr app, but a much much smaller sized one. The manager is very quarrelsome & not at all helpful. On insisting to be given our booked room, they said since it's peak season they won't take into consideration our already booked via yr app status, but asked us to pay 3000 extra per day. Which when we denied, he used abusive language. There was no ventilation or minimum an exhaust fan in our suffocating tiny room. And above all one day a pack of monkeys entered our room and damaged our baggage. When informed and on manager being called to see what happened to our room, he said a guest's safety and security is not their headache. Isn't it enough they gave us a room to stay in this peak season. If we place any complaint he will throw us out. His tone was very threatening & we were really shocked & scared. Hence the overall dtaying experience was the worst of all i book through yr app. All i can describe it is nightmarish & scary. Never expected such an experience fm a hotel booked through an app of so trusted high reputation, as yrs. Very much disappointed
