The fulgulab lawns guesthouse is amazing. It is very peaceful and quiet and the room is very clean. The guesthouse is well managed and the owners extremely caring in providing exemplary hospitality for their guests. The prices are reasonable and surely, for the pleasure of studying there, it must be the best guesthouse in junnar. I absolutely recommend it.

If you are a tourist, ideally you would like to stay in a place where all the facilities are available within your vicinity. This property is in a very awkward location, off the road and within a farm field. You'll initially find it difficult to navigate the place as google will sometimes fail to show the exact location. Ironically, in the property description, the location is mentioned as khanapur; however, how to reach there or the nearby landmark is not mentioned. If you are coming from junnar bus stand, you need to move towards narayangaon, and after approximately 7 km, you need to take a right turn and travel 2. 5 km more. It's located opposite ambika marble shop or swaraj restaurant. I stayed in a deluxe room, but there's nothing deluxe about it. Though the property is located at the foothill of sahyadri mountain, and the hilltop is visible from the property premises, you will confine yourself to a room with only one front-facing window that you can't open due to privacy reasons. There's no cupboard or drawer, and you need to keep your valuables on the chair. Moreover, not a single towel or toiletry is provided. You'll get one liter of mineral water, but if that finishes, you won't know where to source more water. There's a caretaker, but you don't know how to call him for room service as no intercom number or bell is shared. I didn't find a geyser or shower installed in the toilet. Even a small wastebin in the room is missing. At this price, one can avail of a standard room in a hotel at a much more convenient location and enjoy their stay. To have your lunch or dinner, you need to travel at least 2. 5 km to find a standard restaurant. I regret booking this property.

Property was very. Neat, clean and hygienic. Support staff is very cooperative. Hot water availability was very good.
