The room was maintained clean. The staff were courteous and I was given an option for late checkout. Non vegetarian food is only available for in room dining and the taste is below average. Even the breakfast spread was not appetising.

As name suggest, ITC service is excellent. Whenever i visit rajkot, i prefer to stay at this hotel. Only hotel which serves non-veg to room. Kitchens are seperate for veg and non veg. Quality of room and ambience are excellent

Nice Room with good quality matters and spacious bathroom. In Restaurant Buffett Food is good in Breakfast and Dinner. Little Disappointed Nonveg Food is only available in Room Service. The swimming pool side is very hot during summer days not usable. It can be used only in the morning and evening time. The staff is Helpful. The rest of the experience was very good.

We stayed overnight for one night. Staff was friendly, however seemed to lack proper training. We needed a taxi to the airport and the front desk said, there are none available and we would need to wait an hour, meanwhile there are many taxis outside on the street. I had to find a native hindi speaker to explain the situation, however it took some time. Management did help and we made our flight and got a taxi. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, maybe a 4 star.

Horrible experience. Initially they provided us two rooms on non smoking zone, still there was horrible smell at corridor and at rooms then after lots of discussion they change the rooms at another floor one of our rooms was facing electricity issues which was resolved after 3-4 times complian and at midnight also electricity issue at hotel we had to call 2-3 time the housekeeping staff for rooms and bathroom essentials so paying to itc and getting such services and such issues horrible experience
