Great location, gorgeous surroundings, and excellent personnel. The most courteous and helpful receptionist and staff ever, as well as a nice and positive first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was excellent. It was clean, stylish, and spacious, with good service where we ate dinner. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfy. I was quite delighted with my stay. I hope to return for a longer visit in the future.

Stayed for 2 night. Wonderful stay , nice spacious room. Nice staff. Good breakfast spred and very nice staff in restaurants too who tried to make every thing possible for my Jain good need. Special mention of Priya in restaurant. Will love to be there in again when ever visit Rajkot again. Only thing disappointing was service in Spa

The hotel room was nice and exquisite. The checking process was a bit lengthy owing to the staff not believing that we were married couple even after showing proof. The midnight menu and morning breakfast were excellent and tasty.

familyStaff especially at the counter are very rude. Like they are making favour on us or something even though we pay very high rates, we don’t find any polite behaviour. And the check in and check out times are terrible. No hotel ask you to leave by 10:00 am. And no clean bedsheets expected. It’s been my 3rd time in a month to stay but the same behaviour experienced. Food at the restaurant is so expensive with no expected taste. The last thing they always make you feel uncomfortable especially to a single lady. They always find us suspicious or something. It’s very annoying. We get hotels to have privacy but they constantly check you with whom you entering and all. It’s so unprofessional.
