The food was not upto standard . Vegetarian foods can be very tasty. Also the bathroom cleanliness was not upto the mark.

It’s a good property , staffs were good and their food is awesome .. many varieties are there but breakfast buffet not so good

At the time of booking early check in was requested but hotel did not allow check in even though rooms were available… I waited for almost 3 hrs… imperial palace is reputed property … its good … their restaurant staff is very nice… food is good… front office staff is non friendly…

Friendly staff and good quality hotel, but room unfortunately smelt of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room.

The room & bathroom was neat & clean, as well as well appointed. The hotel is centrally located. Check-in & out was smooth. Breakfast is heavily tilted in favour of indian food. If one wants a western / continental breakfast, you will have to make do with basic egg preparations.

Love the ambiance, breakfast buffet was very good & cleanliness was at the top would definitely recommend this place for stay , will be staying again here once be in Rajkot anytime

The hotels are well maintained and have a clean reception area and rooms. Prices are a little higher compared to other places.

The check in was average, did not get good polite reply from receptionist. Room did not have any view had a wall after gallery. Fee important things like bathroom mat and slippers had to be asked for. Room key stopped working twice and once even did not work while power outage.

Location in the centre of the city, great service, welcome at reception desk, restaurants good but extremely crowded and noisy, decent rooms and facilities. Enjoyed the visit
