Review Of Fort Chanwa

The food was excellent and the hospitality was very nice.

Very unpleasant experience. Literally i had to check out within 2 hours. Mentioned amenities and services are not available. Staff is just not interested in extending quality service & no one bothered to even ask why i am vacating so early. Hardly any options for food and quality is not up to the mark. Basic items mentioned in room list were also missing. Had high hopes but stay was disappointing.

The property is beautiful with amazing rooms. Our stay was very comfortable especially because of the hospitality - the staff is so polite and they served us with utmost passion. The food was top notch. Location is 35kms away from jodhpur but worth the experience and money spent.

I asked for early check in and was allowed check in at 11 AM without any issue. The hotel is beautiful with super clean room. and the check in process was very smooth. No judgments no unnecessary questions etc.

Away from the city, enjoy the true rajasthan villages, and cuisines. Entire crew is up on their feet to make you feel special and comfortable. Enjoy late night bonfire and, local traditional music and ghazals.

At Jodhpur but far away from the maddening crowd.We were here owing to the event of 18th National Jamboree as senior scouting officials. we were allowed outside. owing to that we could not stay a long indoors. The stay was majestic in the true sense as the building itself is a fort a belonging of the descendants of great MànSingh presently to the Maharaja of Jodhpur.The staff were excellent in their majestic attire and their humble behaviour...always ready to help.Mr.Kesar Singh is a sort of guardian here who is always there to suggest you anything.I would suggest all to be here to tell me what did I miss.

We stayed for a night at the fort. It is an amazing property with very nicely maintained rooms. However the fort was already hosting a wedding function due to which most of the fort areas were occupied. Obviously we could not explore the place fully as we would have wanted and which is why we planned to stay here at the first place. We did have access to the dining hall however it was very noisy due to ongoing wedding function. This is something we didn’t except and not what we came here for after long travel. They should either stop taking bookings or provide discounts and inform guests in advance as the experience is definitely hampered.

A superb stay and vaccation with family with unforgettable memories. Food was also awesome.

Only limited menu poor services too much expensive food

The stay is comfortable, not far away from the city, but you'll have to eat the food from the restaurant only as nothing is available around it. Also there are power cuts. Otherwise it's a good stay.

No service no response ac not working no housekeeping service room not good

Food quality was good, but dining area was not that good, mosquito were flying around and fan was very old style with low speed. It was all bearable, bit the most pathetic thing was their greedy staff who is always looking for getting some extra money on the absence of management staff. They have charged us extra money by manipulating the bill at the time of early check out and asked us to pay in cash. We have realised that after 1 day of leaving while checking the pictures of original bills and called one of the staff member about their mistake and he refunded us excess money on 2-3 days. In short, we aren't gonna visit this place again as there is nothing special apart from peaceful environment. Staffs are really terrible and their eyes always looking for money. They keep on knocking the doors every now and then even if you don't need their help..
