Hotel denied for check in and noone from company tried to resolve my problem

No lock in bathroom and no breakfast when i was already paid for that so don’t pay for breakfast thats all

Very bad hotel there is no light between 5pm to 11pm and they also charged me 500 extra cash i have given too much on today morning check out time please refund my make my trip money back

Good place as per the price. Clean rooms. Budget friendly place we just stay for one night and it was good for what we had pay for it

Fully unhygienic and room are totally different as shown in the pictures. Also there is a bad smell in the room, stains and also the stains of the oil on the bed sheet and it feel unsafe in the property. Don't know why they hotel change the bedsheets and keep it like this

Very poor hotel, i will not recommend it to anyone. Please stay away from it. The room given to me was very filthy. I had to request multiple times to change bedsheets and covers. Bathroom wc pot was also broken, bathroom washbasin was leaking, and they didn't even change the room after all these issues. There was no hot water in the shower. I had included breakfast with my booking, but they dont have any good facility to provide food. On the 2nd day, they denied providing me breakfast even though it was within the breakfast scheduled timings. It's my advice to everyone to please dont book this as it's not worth the money you will spend.

Rooms were good. But overall stay experience was nothing like a proper hotel. Rooms were ready after our arrival. There's no way to contact properly before hand as it never connects you with hotel reception. Staff was helpful but due to resources crunch they could not much do it. TV in the room wasn't recharged. Restaurant wasnt like a hotel restaurant, it was more like a personal-run mess. It's 10km away from main city. Not worth.

Stay was good, the room is fully furnished, and the host is supportive, but i think if you book the hotel offline ( direct, then you can get better treatment.

Premises is good but room service are very poor even not provide plates and bowl for food to serve. May be they have staff problem.

Seems, its a newly developed property. Quality of service needs to be improved. Quality of food also needs improvement. Staffs were courteous.

The hotel is good in condition and new property, but 13 km away from jodhpur city. Also i but a stay with breakfast but the owner declined the same for all days saying that it's not showing in his booking. Even after insisting and requesting they were not cooperating. Better to book some other property in city

The people of this hotel is very bad. They don't know how to behave with their guest specially with women's. They literally harassed me and my mom with their bad words. Very much abusive people. Don't dare to stay in this hotel. When i was about to leave the hotel then they ask for money again when we were already booked from makemytrip

Location is not that much good. The staff is not well spoken and have a bad attitude. Rooms are not clean. Hygiene and safety standards are low.

No cooperation & no way of talking

The worst hotel in jodhpur they didnt clean or broom-ed the room before handing over the keys n neither they had any dustbin tn-ere. The food we ordered also came with disposal plate water was also not avalaible there bedsheets was dirty n shaky. Very bad experience will never visit again n receptionist was also chewing tabacoo.
