The property was excellent and huge very well diversified, privacy was very well maintained, food was excellent, and staff was extra ordinarily helpful and friendly A place worth visiting

1. Property location is absolutely beautiful. 2. The rooms are quite good and some of the rooms near the cliffs have superb view from the room itself. 3. The staff is very polite and friendly. 4. The only thing I would like them to apply is they should have electric cars or golf cars to travel between the levels. Everytime using a Car to reach to restaurant or back to room is very uncomfortable. This will also push the eco friendly image of resort as currently polluting cars go up to the hilltop. 5. Activities are too less and 1 night is enough to enjoy. You might get bored as there are very few activities. Resort should include activities such as zipline, rope climbing and such other activities as well.

The property could be maintained well, the mud house had grass grown all over in the night that’s scary because it’s a forest like place. Secondly the bathroom has thatched roof with mold litreally big ones .! And the linen is really really old.

The property itself is beautiful – the villa, the scenic views, and even the route to reach it were amazing. The location feels peaceful and offers stunning surroundings. That said, the hospitality and service need serious improvement. For the premium rates charged, the basics were missing. During heavy rain, they couldn’t even provide an umbrella on request. There’s no buggy service inside the property, and their internal vehicle takes a very long time to arrive when called. The intercom was also not working, which felt unsafe – especially at night when you might urgently need assistance. Food service was equally disappointing – every order from the restaurant took more than an hour, and the taste was average at best. In short, the place has great potential, but the service and responsiveness really need to match the premium pricing.

The property is under maintenance. There was a lot of noise beside the woodpecker room we booked. Out of 2 days our 1.5 day was wasted in fighting with a concerned person. The infinity pool is under maintenance which was our attraction to visit the property. Looking at the dirty ambiance because of maintenance work, we were ready to leave the resort in the first two hours but they refused to refund the amount as well.. On the second day in the afternoon they changed the room but it was too late to enjoy the property..

Excellent property but poorly managed. , Basic checks are overlooked - The rooms are not clean, bathrooms need complete overhaul, missing carpets on floor, curtains soiled, no mineral water as promised etc.. water getting clogged up after bath..

The resort area is huge. we booked blue indigo room. Room was big & clean & in good condition. There is no valley view as mentioned one can see restaurant from the front balcony. Food is quite expensive & no prices are mentioned in the menu card so surprising we end up paying 300 for steamed rice. The person from the reception didn't give any info about activities in the resort (I guess the lady was new & untrained) . rest all staff was very co-operative & service was quick. The main pool was under maintenance.

It was an incredible experience—perfect for both couples and groups. The property is vast and features a variety of unique styles. I had booked the Tree Hopper, and the staff and service were exceptional—truly worth every penny. In just one day, I witnessed a beautiful sunset, a stunning sunrise, zoo and enjoyed stargazing. The summer weather was pleasantly refreshing. Overall, the entire experience was truly amazing.

It was good stay staff is very cooperative. Room are good, view was amazing, food quality and taste is also good.

The location of the property is beautiful. However, the service is a bit disappointing. Even though we reached 30 minutes after the scheduled checkin time, we had to wait another 1 hour before the room was ready. We shifted to a better room next day but even though we were already there, the room was not ready on time and we could shift only at 1:30 pm, which is quite unprofessional on the staff’s part. The food was okay, nothing very special. The buffet had a good spread but a la carte menu was limited. The common pool is quite small and located near the restaurant which is a drive from most of the rooms. The sunset point inside the property has breathtaking views and it was one of the highlights of the trip!

Lovely property, ambiance was amazing. Staff was polite. Amazing view from all the sides as well as sunset point.

We had booked 'marigold hermitage' and the villa experience was amazing filled with tranquility and peace. Loved the private pool, stunning view and vibe of the place. However, the pool area was visible from other villas around which was a bit offputting. Staff was courteous and helpful. Food was great. But there is a lot of scope to improve the property in terms of "luxury. For the cost we paid the property wasn't "luxurious" enough. Point of improvement: 1. Tree plantation activities for guests. And guest can name the trees as memory in the forest. 2. Charging ev station.

The location of this resort is unique. Ala cart e dishes in the poolside restaurent were excellent. . You enjoy serenity at every nook of this place and spot a lot of bush birds. Would love to come back during the monsoons.

Nice peaceful stay in the middle of forest hill with awesome sunset views. Good service and activities. Try the treck to bake caves.

The property was amazing if anyone needs a break from the city hustle can go there the sun set point was exquisite there are activities for individuals and kids the food quality could have been better

Beautiful location and very big property. I wish we took a package of meals, because there was no other place to eat and you have to have all your meals at the resorts restaurant. The food was delicious, but the service was quite slow. Apart from this, the petting zoo, sunset point, trek were really great. In my view 2 nights are sufficient, in more than 2, one can get bored

Very good experience with great services from staff. Private pools should have been equipped with large umbrellas to protect from sun.

Out stay at forest hills was nothing short of magical. We had stayed in the hermitage villa with indoor pool, the room was excellently done and the view was excellent. Pool time was the best time spent with family, my toddler thoroughly enjoyed feeding the animals at the petting zoo and activities of pottery and atv bike riding with her dad. The staff were courteous and prompt in handling requests. Food was lovely. Kudos to the maintenance staff as well. We would definitely want to go there again.

Restaurant staff were rude and untrained. On the occasion of holi they were charging like anything. Property and location is the only thing that good.

It was really a good experience and stay at forest hills. The property is excellent and it’s spread across a good landscape in 4 levels. The hospitality is also good here, special thanks to sunil, mali, manish, kapil and their team from restaurant, housekeeping and reception and ram incharge of the place. It’s a must visit property, pure cut off from city life to nature.
