Poor Stay
Hi. Lobby was stinking when I entered the room rooms were also stinking. I took two rooms on the same floor. Both were very smelly. Bathroom were work clean, but flush was not working once you urinate you won’t be able to use it again because of the water issue in the flush We opted for breakfast also but no one asked about it next line good part was even after check out they allowed us to stay for 1 1/2 hour in theroom

I need refund ofmy paid amount
The hotel &room shown images and hotel and room is in absolutely poor condition. I have booked room and paid through portal but after reaching there unable to stay even a minute. I stayed in another hotel and now I need refund of my paid amount Parking was not available whereas it was shown in make my trip portal. Plz refund my amount.
