Overall, a nice hotel. However, the room smelled mouldy, the a/c was weak, the hot water was on and off, and, as others have noted, the mattresses seemed made of wood. I like hard mattresses,Hotel slightly outdated

Terrible Stay
The location is quite shady. The rooms smell of smoke and alcohol. The hot water geyser doesn't work. The staff are poorly groomed and look very suspicious and unhelpful. Overall it was a very scary place. Never going to use any Fab hotel again

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Located in a safe and accessible neighborhood. Rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures—neat and fresh. Everything in the washroom was in working order and clean.

Terrible Stay
The stay was so horrible. The people sitting at the reception was so rude and pathetic. They were not at all ready to adjust for anything. There were cockroaches in the room. And even the washroom tap was leaking. The overall experience was so pathetic and bad.
