Review Of ERA ZEN Heritage Rooms

Room is good..only 1 charging port,they provide 1soap,1shampoo & 1 1l water bottle,not hot water facility..check out time 11am..good for bachelors and young boys...

The room was located in a very peaceful location. The room was neat and clean. Was provided with a neatly washed towel and blanket. The attached bathroom/toilet was also neatly maintained. There was no breakfast.

Room was well maintained. Front office behavior is very good. Good stay at Calicut at budget rate. Super ....

Hotel says visitors are not allowed in the room. I stayed with prior payment for 2 days. during entry itself informed. second day by noon received call to checkout when i have for business calls. Once again clearly telephonically explained already paid for 2 days. Again evening I came back to the room asking about payment. I am tired of answering the question repeatedly. They make you lose your temperament and ill treat the guests also. no nearby hotels and for food at least walk for 2 kms.

I stayed at this hotel for four days and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is a definite plus — it’s about 2–3 km away from the main bus station, so it’s peaceful without the usual traffic noise. Despite being slightly away from the town center, basic amenities like grocery stores and restaurants are just a minute’s walk from the room, which makes it very convenient. The ambiance of the hotel is lovely — it gives a charming heritage home feel that adds to the overall experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The only issue I faced was with the laundry service. Unfortunately, they don’t offer any, and even the iron box wasn’t available. I was told it was not working and would be repaired soon, but it remained unavailable until I checked out. Aside from that minor inconvenience, I would definitely recommend this place for its peaceful location, beautiful setting, and warm hospitality.

power failure for 3 hours # it was very nice but couldn't get enough sleep it was okay. nothing to say more

Bad experience no proper ventilation and parking staff waked me up in night to park my car from please to place no hot water for bath

value for money, neat room. friendly front desk, water is little hard but toilet was good. Food will be available in 2 min drive.

I stayed solo. Place is cool, neat & tidy room and toilet. Just that plumbing ought to be corrected (for leakage) in toilet. Have quite some parking space if one has vehicle. Can walk to railway station, beach and all (if couple of kilometers is no big deal.

Very nice room. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. The workers were also very friendly. Next time i go, my decision will be with the room owner. It was such a great room

They need to improve. Like providing bedsheet, hot water facility, small sheet on floor near bed to clean feet, providing toilet soap (got a small washing soap instead, toothpaste and toothbrush, facility of cold drinking water for those who require etc. I didn't take any image from there, sorry.
