familyNice place but facilities are not so good. Room and ac good. Bath room not well maintained. I never seen such a soap given for use. Can't even hold it. Staff hospitality good. Restarunt average.

Terrible Stay

I checked in on 19th novmeber around 5 am. By the time we reached there, our room was allocated to someother guest and they made us wait for a while and gave us another room, which was not that great and since i have checked in the next day i've asked for an hour extension but they dint provide me.

Property as such is good, food served is fine, but is on the higher side. We've been allocated rooms that are attached to the marriage hall, since we wanted our rooms to be close. I believe the cottages they have would be better than the ones we stayed.

The check in check out process was hassle free. Rooms were ok. They have tried something. Coming out the bathroom is slippery and not safe. Chance of falling down is very high. I fell down and lucky to escape with bruises.

The hotel is newly renovated but hotel rooms colours should be changed as it is dark colour. Hot water and towel in room should be provided.
