Excellent Stay
Very good property and good service by the caretakers
you made my trip pathetic.
I checked in on 20th june in the evening around 7.30 pm, the snacks served was all cold, inspite of informing ekostay coordinator Vishal that we will be reaching around 7.30 and hi tea needs to be delayed. In night the food that was served was also cold and tasteless.. we could not eat as they did not provide salt or pickle either so that we could eat. most of the food was half cooked. Next morning we were awake since 8 am, there is no service, care taker is not answering phone, ekostay guys not answering phone. no water in the property since morning 8 am.. unable to use washroom or even no water for drinking. make my trip guys are unable to help as ekostay guys are not answering phone. so we are left with no option but to bear the inconvenience helplessly. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
