Very bad maintainance, rude ppl, worst hygiene, pathetic rooms they gave, we out and come to see all bathroom and rain water with garbage filled in the room, they are not even ready to clean at 11 pm night

Rooms were not clean washroom was not clean cockroaches all over the washroom.

This stay is fake, they dint receive our calls properly, and location of the stay is fake, they gave address of some other homestay. Please don't ever book this stay. We were very much tired n late to goa, and they created still more inconvenience. Worst worst stay

It's terrible, no parking and the hotel is inside. Name of the hotel is ab-bis nest because of bad ratings they changed the name for booking. Never ever go very dirty place with all over pan splitting.

This is the worst hotel i have booked till now. Rooms are full of cockroaches and ants additionally mosquitoes will help you to remain awake through out the night. We have booked for 2 nights but have to change hotel in midnight due to all these bugs. Additionally rooms are very dirty and smelling like you are standing nearby garbage van. We have tried changing multiple rooms but all of them having the same issue.

The room was flooded by water and all our items are damaged the worst experience, the location on the app is different then location in real life the survice is very bad the ac do not work

Nothing was shown in pictures was there. Fake property name. Tv was not working. Hygiene not at all.

Worst hotel no power no room cleaning bad smell electricity problem washrooms not clean etc. Worst experience in make my trip we are disappointed this hotel they are using ugly words totally worst hotel i don't why make my trip was encouraging this kind of hotels i don't know

It was very bad stay

First of all location mentioned was incorrect hotel is on another location, even hotel people was not that supportive, i had to call 5 times just for location, on every call they have shared another person number. No one single person contact available at hotel. Inside hotel cleanliness was an issue, room, bath bucket and jug was too dirty, jet spray was broken, even shower not working properly, hot water was not available, washroom door was broken, no wifi, no tv, no hanger for hanging clothes were available, no chair available for seating. Overall experience was poor

Location gps in make my trip app for this property is wrong need to correct it. Should be proper land-marking address difficult to find. Parking is not available. For 4 wheelers as it is in very small lane. Need to park cars outside some where on our own risk.

Worst. Hospitality- zero cleanliness- zero (found used condoms all over the room) no electricity staff has pathetic manners no amenities provided as a local goan travellers, very disappointed.

First of all the location was incorrect. It was not as per the directions given in mm t app, which took us another 1 hour to search for the hotel as the caretaker of the guest house was unable to guide us properly. He gave us two locations which was also not matching up. After struggle we reached at the location. When we asked for the amenities like towel, mineral water, kettle, he refused to give and told yeh sab nhi milta, humara malik nhi deta. How rude. When we entered the room there was no power supply. It was some main board problem which took place frequently. When power supply came there was no tv connection when i asked the care taker he again said tv bhi nhi chalega. Overall the stay in the guest was average. No one visited for a single day for cleaning. Our stay was for three nights.

Very pathetic guest house. There were lots of issues we faced like no hot water, electricity issues, no cleaning. No housekeeping person available. Better to remove this hotel so that other people do not face all this issue.

It was extremely bad, you can say worst. We didnt even find the property, we were roaming around the silent streets of goa at 3 am with a 6 month old baby. No calls were responded neither the location was provided on google correctly. It is really saddening to see such carelessness. You are supposed to return the booking amount fully asap. We were abused badly by the owner at midnight. Somehow we arranged for another room. Just refund the money now

It was good and friendly budget and there nature like a polite and cool. We feel like a living in home

We travelled to the location provided in booking confirmation message & when called on given contact numbers, we were told that this is different hotel and the persona shared us diffrent address. We again travel-led at new location but the hotel is not up to the mark. No water, soap, tower or anything was provided neither any one asked for the requirement. Beds were not as per pictured provided. Service is bad. I am suspecting we were given different hotel & not the one which we booked

Mistakenly rated average it was good experience. Suggestion to keep basic items in room like mirror, table, etc
