Hi, the stay was amazing. Caretakers were really cooperative and the location of the property is very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to visit.

Location is good....people talk nicely and loot.....we both senior citizens....served food in the afternoon amounted to Rs 1900////which is nothing but looting...my booking is with breakfast.....they refused it......I felt insulted....finally they served....but Iam not in a mood to eat after the insult.....they talk nicely....

Property is good. They talk nicely and loot you. I booked my room with breakfast. They refused to provide breakfast. Staff are helpless. I felt insulted. I will not recommend people to visit this place. People are good but they are helpless. My v bad experience after a long time. Felt insecure and insulted. I will not recommend anybody to visit this place. Where for them money is important than good people. Very sorry to say this. Above all we are super senior citizens.

The good part: good location very clean & hygiene well maintained excellent food and very warm hosts, the improvement: approach road to the property can be re-looked into. Food prices are pretty high

Very nice and peaceful place by the lake in a tranquil environment, friendly staff and excellent food - we really enjoyed our stay and relaxed away from the hustle bustle of cities. The place is perfect destination to enjoy nature and chill with friends and family

Very good stay. Special thanks to mehra ji and team, they really helped us as i was traveling with my family and my parents. As promised, they have given the ground floor room to my parents and our stay was very pleasant. Stay is near to nature and property has direct access to lake. Which is very less common.

Excellent and very caring staff. Superb food made freshly. Very good location, right on the lake. Great asthetics. Only point i would mention is the fact that the living room of the suite should have ac too, currently only the bedroom has ac.

We were travel-ling as a family of 4, and were given 2 deluxe rooms as the family suite was unavailable. The two rooms given were very far from each other. As a family, u expect to stay together and not shuffling from one end to another. Also ac of 1 room was not working. Food and preparation was good

The stay was comfortable, the property was neat and clean with lush landscapes, one important point to consider is that the food was good but it was really very high related to prices.

the place is beautifully located on the shores of the lake and very well maintained. the staff is good and they take good care of you. food is good especially tandoor and north indian items but needs few improvements like 1. south indian breakfast was not upto the mark 2. indo-chinese preparation was below average. food menu to be better designed. e.g. a full plate of tandoori chicken which will have a full chicken is priced at ₹575 where as a portion of chicken pakora is priced at ₹525 which consists of 8 small pieces. 1 bottle of limca is priced at ₹100. price parity to be maintained badminton racquets are only 2 in number and broken too. only 1 shuttle cork which was also torn. they have a average cricket bat but no balls. these are small small things but make an impact overall with few of the above things improved this place is a good place to spend your weekend vacation away from the crowded places of bhimtal or nainital
