The property is excellent with furnished ac individual modern huts, big lawn, parking, wifi, a watersports facility adjacent and excellent food. The location is in palia range close to dudhwa safari gate. Nice courteous staff

Dudhwa palm resort is a fine place, in terms of the property and food. Lovely green, open space to stroll around and bask in the sun. You can stay her for up to 4 days and be satisfied with the space and the food. However, the staff is not very discreet. It is not very re-assuring when you are walking around or eating in the restaurant and can hear the staff having fights in the kitchen or be yelling at each other using foul language. The deluxe rooms, and the swiss tents are very good but beware of the basic premium rooms. The don't seem to be a part of the guests section of the property. These rooms are attached to the reception block and seem like retrofitted as rooms for guests. While the stay was overall good i was not happy with these rooms. Broken bathroom faucets, dirty tiles, un ashed curtains, dusty furnitures. If you have to enter a room and then ask for housekeeping immediately, you can be sure the rooms are afterthought. So, only book deluxe rooms or swiss cottage. You will surely enjoy your stay.
