We apologies for your discomfort. Electrical appliances sometime suddenly breakdown and yes we managed to resolve the problem as soon as we came to know with a solution. Regarding kitchen timings we have mentioned kitchen timings on the menu and we dont have 24*7 running kitchen facilities

Decent Hotel near Dudhua national park

Overall experience for my stay is fine but as per rate hotel doesn't matches to the hotel conditions. Food is average as rates were also average. No WiFi available in Hotel. Sometimes for breakfast they try to give non availability of cook. Hotel were nice and responsive.

Overall experience was good. Reception was laid back. Nobody was at front desk during check-in and check out! That's a first for me. They don't have restaurant but kitchen and room service. Layout is a bit confusing specially for the higher floors. No lift. Room service takes time and they cook on ordering. Had to ask for basic things like toiletries, towel, blankets 2/3 times before getting them. Good things- staff was helpful. Clean rooms and bathroom.

Stay was just OK, as per description super deluxe room with balcony was schedule to be allotted but out of 2 room 1 was allotted with balcony another one was even without window. Reception counter was not so friendly.
