I was disappointed with my stay. The room did not meet my expectations for the price; the bathroom door latch was broken and the shower was not working. While the staff did accommodate my request for an early check-in, the receptionist's follow-up call about the early checkout within three hours of checkout felt very rude and unprofessional

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The hosting was handled perfectly, and the hospitality was truly outstanding. Special thanks to the reception team, especially Fayis and Shyamala, who went above and beyond to take care of all our needs and ensure we felt comfortable throughout. Everything was well-organized, budget-friendly, and exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a delightful stay and a great value for money!

We checked in. We went to the room. We found around 3-4 cockroaches. No response. We went to the receptionist. No one was available

i had booked room for 3 adults, but there is only double bed and they ask more money for extra bed.

The room is neat and clean. Near the city centre. But it's not recommended for families. There is always so much noise and disturbance.

We had a very bad experience. The bathroom door had no bolts or locks. We had to keep it open while using the bathroom. A lot of mosquitoes were in the room. Can't sleep properly.

Hotel was neat and clean. Limited parking space that to at night hours only. Hotel doesn't have gst registration. I am not able to claim my bill. Pols support to provide tax bill.

The rooms were in second floor with no lifts. Hotel had no parking, toilet seats were broken. Overall bad experience

Need more housekeeping. The toilet cover screw was broken and can not close the cover. Health closet holder was also broken. Water heater in the room was also not working. Even though the room was good, it need more cleaning and maintanence.

Location is excellent in the sense of accessibility. Better cleanliness. Only problem is restricted packing facility

Stayed for a night. Looked for a nice, clean place with easy access to Vegetarian restaurant. Dreams Residency turned out to be ideal. Being just 1 year old and well constructed, rooms were clean. Just 4 blocks away we found a veg hotel too.
