Good Stay
It was pleasant stay here. Food and staff were good. Bathroom n rooms were clean. Breakfast has less option. And they didnt serve starter items that much.

coupleMr avtaar singh ws the best staff and human being i have ever met. The property needs to update it's address. Needs to upgrade add different cuisine in breakfast dinner. Lift needs to be started asap. Roads needs to be biluilt by himachal government. The manali needs to initiate clean manali initiative like leh and indore. The traffic needs to be controlled in manali by not promoting local cabs only. The bus yard needs to be upgraded.

familyYou should go a bit into the streets to find. I must say not that hard. Luckily we found a short cut as well. Well behaved staff. Manager was friendly. Room was good with good hill view from balcony. Over all good experience.

Good budget hotel, accessibility andfood spread can be improved
familyRoom is quite spacious with essential amenities, and has good view for front side rooms. the backside rooms face backside of other hotel . Rooms has good light and ventilation. Rooms and linens are quite clean and hygienic. Hotel staff is helpful and courteous, specially the restaurant staff. Reaching to hotel is not easy as the location shared was incorrect. Also, there is lot of water on the way to hotel. Food tastes good, however breakfast spread and quality can be improved. The soap/bodaywash dispensers are pathetic and does not work properly, it's a struggle to get soap. Hotel should look to replace them. Also putting a partition curtain in bathroom will help the other wahsbesin/pot area dry and neat.

Good Stay
Road conditions to reach the hotel are very poor. Drainage water is flowing over the road. Too many path holes. Hotel staff is very cooperative, and facilities are also good.

Good and comfortable stay
Pleasant stay with very good hospitality, rooms were very cosy and comfortable. Food was decent and was customised as per our requirement. Only the approach road to the hotel could be improved as one can barely walk from hotel.

Make my trip should understand that if someone is searching for location near mall road in manali. It means in mall road, but hotel suggestion given was around 3 km from mall road, very poor wifi connectivity hotel itself was good in aspects of interior and mountain view but location was far from mall road

Terrible Stay
I booked a deluxe room with backside balcony. The photo shown to me had a balcony with mountain view. And i got a balcony without any view. Moreover, people were staring at us from there, clothes were hanging outside. It was a pathetic picture. Makemytrip has tricked me and gave me a disappointing service. I am never booking through your app. You guys are the worst. I called customer care two times. First time, he hung up on us saying that he would call me back and never did. Second time, he just said sorry for the inconvenience and hung up again. Pathetic service. Highly disappointed. The balcony we got

familyhotel is Good & valley view from room is excellent. neat & clean. Food is good. staff behaviour & hotel management staff is Good. Room service is also Good. I have booked for one day but due to overall points I extended it to another four days. only problem is there was no lift but work was going on for fixing lift.

Hotel is decent, all mentioned facilities available here, quite surrounding environment. Staff behaviour was good. Room cleanliness was also good. Modern bathroom with auto hot cold water. The only thing that is average is their food taste and less varieties in the food menu.
