Terrible Stay
let's start from the booking. . the approach road to Dilli House is so scary & pathetic. The property itself is far off from the city. The Manager Samvit is a big time cheat & liar. There is no food facility, no hospitality, so much so that they don't even ask for water. We got stuck there by this manager, and being an alien to this place, there was no good food service too. At the end, we have to cook our own meal and also the next morning, nobody bothered to ask for breakfast. Then have to cook our own breakfast too. simply pathetic place, worst stay ever, poorest management, when the owner belongs to IndiaNews. woooww, this is the hospitality they share. actually it's a total trap. Never Ever go to this hotel, even if that's the last option left.

Terrible Stay
Property is far away from main market nothing is near by nor hotel people have nothing there.. for milk for my 2 year child I need to wait for two hours... ek dam bakvas property to stay not ok for families.. din me he lock rakhte hai main gate and in morning also gate was opened at 9am.. pathetic services never ever go there

Worst stay experience at Dilli House ,Property not as in Pics ,
Booked my stay looking at pictures on mmt site , but to our disappointing surprise it was totally different to what pictures on site were . There was no jacuzzi, no balcony and no villa as posted on there description, if real pics were on site I would have never booked It was just homestay with worst hospitality and staff had no etiquettes at all. Whatever we asked wasn't available and for food also they had very limited options and Whatever was ordered it took them 3 4 hours to serve and immediately when food was served manager would come and ask for payment of food served same time. We done our booking through Make My Trip believing that whatever is shown and described about stay would be delivered but we were fooled by Dilli House Stay and Make My Trip

Best prop near Kasauli
Had a fantastic stay ,good rooms , friendly staff(Mr Sam and Balkrishan), We loved everything!; I highly recommend this property , serene atmosphere . A big thumbs up!

Excellent Stay
Location is very peaceful away from chaos, little towards downhills from Dharampur. Food- food was better than expectations. Services - caretaker and other 2 staffs were very helpful and arranged everything in a single request, very polite and humble.

Average Stay
Nice bedroom, property name is different from shown on mmt, food is tasty but way to expensive, property doesn't have area to explore and no activities. Food rates are similar to any three star property

The stay was very nice and most of all an offbeat location which mostly youngsters want now a days. Balcony view was scenic. Rooms were good and clean and staff was co-operative.

Exceptional stay with breathtaking views.
I had an amazing stay at this hill station property. The views were breathtaking, with large windows and balconies with amazing views of the hills, greenery and skies. The house was very spacious and equipped with modern and comfortable furnishings. The serene and peaceful environment was perfect for a relaxing getaway
